Titanium Hardware Kit – Vanquish Products F10 Portal Rear Axle
This kit includes lightweight, high-strength titanium screws to replace the standard hardware used when assembling the F10 Portal Rear Axle. Titanium offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance—ideal for performance-focused builds.

Note: M3 nylock nut is not included. Titanium nylocks are not recommended for use with titanium screws. See installation instructions below for details.

Installation: Follow the instructions below to prevent damage to components or hardware.

Installation Notice for Titanium Hardware:
Titanium fasteners require specific installation practices to prevent damage or failure.

• When installing into plastic:
  • Do not use lubricant.
  • Hand-tighten only—do not overtighten, as titanium threads can easily strip plastic.
  • Avoid using impact drivers.
• When installing into metal or threaded inserts:
  • Always use anti-seize lubricant (nickel- or moly-based) to prevent thread galling. e.g. Permatex 77124 
  • Do not pair titanium screws with titanium nylock nuts. Use stainless steel or aluminum nylock nuts instead.
  • Torque values should be reduced by 20–30% compared to steel fasteners.
  • Ensure threads are clean and lubricated before installation.
  • Avoid dry fitting and use hand tools for final torque.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damaged threads or seized fasteners.
